We have taken our fabulous loose-leaf Pu Erh Tea and stone ground it into a fine Matcha-style powder. You may not be familiar with Pu Erh Tea. It is a Chinese specialty that involves rolling and drying tea leaves and then fermenting them. Pu Erh Tea is also known as Dark Tea because the tea leaves get darker as the fermentation process works. Pu Erh has much historical significance. Bricks of Pu Erh Tea were used as currency between nomadic tribes, but are now used just for drinking. Pu Erh Matcha has many health benefits tea drinkers will also enjoy.
