Matcha Green Tea

Dragonwell:  Dragonwell is the classic Chinese green tea, also known as Lung Jing. Its distinctive quality is its broad, flat leaves of varying size that are the result of arduous hand pan-frying. This particular Dragonwell is made from a bud and two leaves, and once steeped possesses a vegetal and slightly nutty aroma. The resulting liquor is a clear bright green cup with a vegetal and very nutty flavor. This premium Dragonwell was specifically selected for the green tea lover.  

 

Kukicha:  Kukicha, also known as twig tea, is an interesting blend of Japanese Sencha tea stems, stalks and twigs. In spite of the lack of an actual bud or leaf, Kukicha produces one of the smoothest green tea flavors around. Steeping the yellow and green stems results in a light shade of bright green liquor with a slightly oceany and subtle vegetal aroma and flavor. Fortunately, not only does this green tea taste great but it’s also a powerful antioxidant. With that in mind, some might say you’d be silly not to at least give Kukicha a try.
